Mail Club

Subscription Cutoff

To receive the next monthly edition, your subscription must be placed by 11:59 PM MST on the 15th of the previous month.

Orders placed after the 15th will begin with the following month's edition.

Mailing Schedule

Monthly letters are mailed on or around the 1st of each month.

Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your local postal service.

Kits

Kits are typically processed and shipped within 3–5 business days of purchase.

During launches, holidays, or periods of high order volume, processing times may be slightly longer. If this happens, we'll keep you informed.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your shipping address and selected shipping method.

Customers are responsible for any applicable taxes, duties, or import fees for international orders.

Shipping Address

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order.

For Mail Club subscribers, any address changes must be submitted before the 15th of the month to ensure your next letter is sent to the correct address.

We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided at checkout.

Lost or Delayed Mail

Once your order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, delivery times are outside of our control.

If your package appears to be lost or significantly delayed, please contact us at dearslowdownpost@gmail.com and we'll do our best to help.

Snail mail is not trackable through USPS. If your mail club letter hasn't arrived by the end of the month, please contact us at dearslowdownpost@gmail.com so we can evaluate the situation and help make it right.

Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us at dearslowdownpost@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery.

Please include:

Your order number
A brief description of the issue
Photos of the damaged item(s) and packaging

We'll work with you to find the best solution as quickly as possible.

International Shipping

At this time, we only ship our kits within the United States.

Mail club letters can be shipped internationally but expected delivery times are longer. If you haven't received your mail club letter within 60 days of shipment (letters are mailed out on or around the 1st of each month), please contact us at dearslowdownpost@gmail.com.
